Digital Event Runs June 7-8, 2022
Health & Safety are a top priority at DesignCon, hosted and managed by Informa Markets—Engineering. Informa has collaborated with association partners, peers, venues, suppliers, contractors and health, government, and local authorities to develop industry-wide All Secure standards that raise the bar on safe, hygienic, productive, and high-quality organized event experiences.
DesignCon continues to prioritize the health and safety of all guests (attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and other pass types) by adhering to state and local government guidance on large-scale indoor events.
Following similar guidance from the State of California, the County of Santa Clara Public Health Department has announced that indoor masking will no longer be required but recommended beginning March 2, 2022. As a result, face coverings/masks will be encouraged but not be required at DesignCon. Masks will be available at DesignCon’s registration desk at guest’s request.
Additionally, the State of California announced on March 17, 2022, that effective April 1, 2022, requirements for vaccine verification or proof of negative test for indoor events of DesignCon’s size will be lifted. As such, proof of vaccination or negative test will not be required at DesignCon.
Read on for additional DesignCon’s Health & Safety actions that aim to create a safe and successful event. As needs around Health & Safety evolve, this page will be updated to reflect current requirements. We appreciate your patience as we adapt our policies to meet expert guidance and keep our visitors, partners, and staff safe.
All of the above measures will be evaluated as DesignCon approaches the event dates to determine if any changes are necessary to meet guidance and regulations. Please check back here before attending the event for the latest Health & Safety measures. This page was updated on March 29, 2022.
