EXHIBITOR SERVICES MANUAL - GES EXPRESSO
The Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM) is now available. GES, as the official decorator, hosts the ESM on GES Expresso, which allows exhibitors to access show details and order services. GES Expresso organizes the ESM in website form, but you may download a booklet in PDF form if you prefer. Click here to be taken to GES Expresso.
EXHIBITOR CONFERENCE CALLS & UPDATES
On January 14, 2015, a Pre-Exhibition Conference Call will be held to review approaching & past deadlines, the show schedule, activity locations, expo move in/out, and key contacts onsite.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION AND COMPANY & PRODUCT INFORMATION
You can now register your Exhibitor Booth Staff as well as submit Company & Product Information in the exhibitor portal. Only the Primary Contact and assigned personnel will be able to access the Exhibitor Portal. A password was not assigned to you. To obtain your password, (or to re-set it), please click on “Obtain Password/Forgot Password” on the Exhibitor Portal login page.
To have your company logo included on our Exhibitor List, submit your logo directly to Kristen Nicasio, . NOTE: The logo MUST be in the appropriate format, or it will be returned to resubmit. Specs for Logo: JPEG or GIF format required; maximum 200X200 pixels.
