VScope^TM embedded waveform viewing technology allows direct access to the signal integrity characteristics of a data stream within the IC, at the output of the equalizer. This exciting new technology enables new levels of visibility for system debug and remote monitoring options. This presentation gives an overview and demonstration on VScope technology and applications. Analysis of theoretical limits, accuracy and resolution of VScope results compared to conventional high-speed oscilloscope technology is also discussed.
