PhysWAVE

PhysWAVE is Physware's true-3D, broadband, full-wave electromagnetic solution for systems-in-package from chip through package and board to system, built around proprietary accelerated boundary-element technology. Designers benefit from Signal-Integrity, Power-Integrity, and EMI features from the unified interface. Users can obtain Maxwell-accurate S, Y and Z matrices and return currents, improve designs by observing strong coupling paths, place multiple packages on boards and observe electrical behavior through the integrated system. PhysWAVE's powerful EMI features allow users to specify piecewise-linear voltage and current noise sources and observe selected noise spectra, near-field, far-field and EMI/EMC compatibility. PhysWAVE is built from the ground up to exploit multicore and hybrid architectures and integrates tightly with existing design flows for frontend and backend integration.
PhysAPEX

PhysAPEX enables package, board, system, SiP, and SoC designers to rapidly and accurately extract passive and causal net-list representation of systems, make design changes and integrate tightly with standard design flows. PhysAPEX exploits Physware's patented fast linear-scaling boundary-element methodologies to enable speedups in 3D Maxwell, accurate extraction within quasi-static limits. PhysAPEX demonstrates unprecedented capacity that enables modeling, design, and verification of large systems package. PhysAPEX is designed from the ground up to exploit multi-core, cluster, and hybrid computing architectures. PhysAPEX can import standard CAD formats from Allegro, Mentor, Zuken, AutoCad, etc. and export net-list models compatible with standard circuit simulators such as HSPICE, ADS, Spectre, etc. PhysAPEX is available for Windows and Linux in 32 and 64 bits.
PhysBAND

PhysBAND is a fast and accurate SI , PI and SSO analysis solution based on multicore-accelerated, linear scaling, "Multilayered PEEC". It offers super-fast, broadband, full-wave 3D modeling of large packages and PCBs in their entirety. Outputs include S,Y,Z parameters, static and dynamic IR drop , impedance profile, voltage plot, etc. Owing to its unprecedented speed, high reliability, intuitive outputs , flexibility and ease of use PhysBAND can be effectively used in early and later stage of design for characterizing signal and power nets, identifying hot-spots, high resistance neck-down, PDS resonance , optimizing decoupling capacitors, signing-off for electrical DRC and many other applications . PhysBAND can import standard CAD formats and exports models that are compatible with standard circuit simulators.
