Exhibitor List - National Instruments

Booth #914
National Instruments equips engineers with an integrated platform of circuit design tools to prototype faster, and simulate better. The intuitive Multisim software combines easy-to-use schematic capture, with a highly graphical simulation environment. By using advanced simulation engineers are able to uncover design errors, improve circuit behavior, and reduce costly prototype iterations, before physically fabricating a Printed Circuit Board. With unparalleled integration to LabVIEW measurement technology, engineers can further enhance simulation with custom domain specific analyses.
Technologies on Display:
Multisim PXI Instruments
Product Category: Test and Measurement Equipment
The Multisim PXI Instruments (beta) are an intuitive new set of tools to help you bridge the gaps between circuit design, verification and test. These instruments allow you to treat a circuit schematic as a "virtual prototype". Measure design behavior at the simulation stage, set measurement conditions, and then use the exact same instruments to measure and verify prototype behavior.
Multisim PXI instruments reside within Multisim, and connect to oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform generators, power supplies and HSDIO on the NI PXI, PC-based platform for test and measurement.
The five instruments have been made available to users for free, and function as both simulation driven analysis instruments in Multisim, and PC-based soft front-panels to view measurements from NI PXI hardware.
LabVIEW Multisim Connectivity Toolkit
Product Category: Test and Measurement Equipment
Save time, and speed development of test applications with the NI design platform. The NI Multisim circuit capture and simulation environment can be easily integrated to NI LabVIEW measurement technology, with the LabVIEW Multisim Connectivity Toolkit (beta). In the LabVIEW graphical programming environment you can automate simulation using this toolkit, thereby using Multisim as a virtual measurement source.
You can now treat the Multisim schematic as a "virtual prototype". The exact same LabVIEW code used to test simulation data, can then be used for prototype testing.
The time saving advantages of parallel design and test application development is only possible with this NI platform.
