Multiport VNA designed for Signal Integrity Measurements. Anritsu introduces two multiport VNA solutions designed specifically to address Signal Integrity challenges. A novel dual architecture employs broadband couplers up to 70GHz and bridges below 2.5GHz, extending the usable bandwidth of the VNA from 70 kHz to 70 GHz. Covering both high and low ends with high accuracy has been the challenge in the past. The high end now provides the best resolution to analyze discontinuities, while the low end provides the highest accuracy to measure the impedance of your transmission lines. Since this technology is available in 4-port mode, balanced transmission lines can now be analyzed in VectorStar's highest performance Time Domain Mode. For applications requiring 12-ports, a 40 MHz to 70 GHz VNA provides solutions optimized for on-wafer applications with full software calibration flexibility, and test ports that can be located right at the DUT to maximize accuracy and stability of measurements.
