- NeoFlash TechnologyeMemory's Neoflash is an innovative and proprietary technology with a strong patent portfolio that can be widely implemented in various applications, such as SoC, MCU, RFID and digital consumers.NeoFlash IP is best suited for code storage with high endurance, requiring less than three additional masks in comparison with conventional EEPROM or Flash processes. NeoFlash bit cell and macro size are cost effective compared to other rival, particularly in 0.18um or advanced technology nodes. NeoFlash IPs are easy to migrate to advanced technology nodes in terms of simple structures. Currently, NeoFlash IPs are available in a variety of configurations and foundries.
