In this paper we will show that today's high-performance modeling and simulation engines can be used accurately in the frequency and time domain for large systems, utilizing a divide-and-conquer approach that maintains high accuracy and high numerical performance, and that this approach can be shown to correlate well with measurement evaluation vehicles. In addition, we will show that this approach can be used in the development and validation of an interposer family, tailored specifically to the task of high-frequency PDS bypass.
