·Centellax AnyRate Electrical Clock Recovery Unit
The Centellax AnyRate CRU is a stand alone un-banded clock recovery solution with a 622GHz to 7GHz operating range and a wide bandwidth option to 13.5GHz. The unit is compact (1.5" x 4.5" x 7"), offers good input sensitivity (75mVpp), low residual jitter (300fs), and is GPIB programmable for automated use. The CRU is designed for signal integrity lab applications requiring multi-rate clock recovery. It can also be used as a low cost scope trigger in recovering a clock from degraded data streams for re-sampling applications. By utilizing simple optical to electrical converters, it can be used in SFP, fiber, and other photonic applications where polarization mode dispersion affects the data period. The unit also offers user-adjustable PLL loop bandwidth.
·Centellax 40G Modular BERT System
The Centellax 40G BERT System is an extremely cost-effective modular Bit Error Rate (BER) test system intended for device characterization, research and development testing, and general 40G lab use. This system enables physical-layer BER testing of a DUT with operating rates from 22-44Gbps. The system features differential connections to the DUT, multiple low-rate synchronized clock triggers, excellent output eye quality, optional 7Vpp output amplitude, and GPIB control on the error detectors. The 40G BERT system is comprised of one Centellax TG1P4A (40G PRBS generator), one Centellax MD1S4M (40G demultiplexer), one Centellax TD40MCA (40GHz divider), one Centellax TA0L50VA (50GHz amplifier), one Centellax OA4MVM (40G driver amplifier), and at least one Centellax TG1B1-A (10G BERT).
·Centellax 12.5G Serial PRBS BERT System
Centellax is offering a 12.5G serial PRBS flexible frequency Bit Error Rate (BER) test system with un-banded Clock Recovery. The system is intended for device characterization, research and development testing, production testing, and general 12.5G lab use. The system is comprised of one Centellax 12.5G PRBS BERT, one Centellax 7G or 13G Clock Synthesizer, and one Centellax 7G or 13G CRU. The system enables physical-layer BER testing of a DUT with operating rates from 500Mb-12.5Gb featuring both differential and single-ended connections to the DUT, multiple jittered and unjittered CLK outputs, excellent output eye quality, and full GPIB control on entire system. The system also offers un-banded clock recovery of single-ended and differential data streams from 150Mb-13.5Gb.
