The patented RC SpringprobeTM compliant contact technology is capable of the highest loop through bandwidth of any all-metal, area array contact (Up to 37 GHz at -1dB). RC SpringprobeTM connectors, interposer, and test sockets are available for requirements with a center-to-center pitch of .4mm or greater. RC SpringprobeTM technology is an excellent alternative to pogo pins or conductive elastomers for contacting most package designs and high node count arrays. Test socket and compliant interposers designed for tight-pitch area array and high-node count requirements are available.
The patented RC Scrub-RTM compliant contact technology utilizes state of the art semi-precious contact technology, allowing for consistent DC resistance, long life, and exceptional AC performance. Designed to withstand over 100,000 insertions with no maintenance intervals, RC Scrub-RTM test sockets can be refurbished quickly and easily in the field, and are more cost effective than traditional offset test socket solutions. RC Scrub-RTM sockets and contactors are available for chipscale® packages as small as 1mm x 1mm with a pitch capability of .5mm.
