This session will present engineering and business information which systems and board designers, along with IT managers, can use to assess tradeoffs among various 10Gb Ethernet interconnect choices available over the next two to three years. These include the following: 10GBASE-CX4, SFP+, 10GBASE-T, XFP, and 10GBASE-LRM, as well as the associated XAUI and XFI chipsets.
