This paper outlines the findings of Intel's Fiberweave Work Group, which investigated short- and long-term strategies for dealing with the negative signal integrity effects of fiberweave in the materials of which circuit boards are made. It discusses the methods used to quantify the impact of fiberweave, the strategies studied to mitigate it, and the validation of effectiveness of those strategies.
