Participating in the DesignCon 2006 Exhibitor Attendance Marketing Program gives you the opportunity to have a direct impact on increasing the quality attendance at your booth. By promoting your presence at DesignCon 2006 with the promotional materials subsequently listed, you can dramatically increase the value of DesignCon to your company.

The DesignCon 2006 marketing team is committed to helping you make the most of your investment in the show. Therefore, we are providing several high-quality promotional pieces free of charge to DesignCon 2006 exhibitors. This extensive attendance marketing campaign launched by show management, and combined with your own attendance promotion efforts, will make DesignCon 2006 a success for your organization.

Customized Electronic VIP Exhibit Passes Available: December 11, 2005
Attendees who use exhibit passes are at the show because of your efforts! They want to see your products or services. Promote your exhibit and demos by distributing VIP exhibit passes (a $75 value) to your current customers, colleagues, and hot prospects. Your exhibit pass will also allow users to gain access to a special 30% discount off of the DesignCon paid conference program - at no additional cost to your company! Exhibit passes will be customized to include your company logo and booth number and are provided in HTML format. Exhibit passes are compatible with broadcast email software and can easily be attached to an email and/or posted to your company Web site.

VIP Exhibit Passes (Hard Copy) Available: December 11, 2005
Useful for sales calls and for distribution during customer meetings, hard copy VIP exhibit passes are available. These passes will allow for complimentary admission to the exhibition floor at DesignCon 2006.

Database Access Available: December 11, 2005
Send your personal invitations to the quality DesignCon 2006 database - an impressive listing of design engineers, executives, and managers for your usage. It's simple: Once approving your direct mail piece or broadcast email, we will send a copy of the DesignCon 2006 database to a bonded mailing house or email vendor. You will provide your direct mail piece or email directly to the bonded mailing house or email vendor. While the database is provided free of charge, all costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Direct mail deadline: January 13, 2006. Email deadline: January 27, 2006.

Conference Brochures Available: December 11, 2005
For your list of top customers, we suggest sending the Conference Brochure with your company's personal invitation. Available on December 11, brochures can be ordered in quantities of 25 and are available only while quantities last. Reserve today by checking the box on the materials order form, and we will ship them to your office.

DesignCon Exhibitor Logo Available: December 11, 2005
Promote your involvement and encourage your customers to visit you on-site by displaying the DesignCon Exhibitor Logo on your Web site. The DesignCon Exhibitor logo can easily be linked to your VIP Exhibits Pass, giving your customers a complimentary invitation to visit you at DesignCon 2006.

How to Use the Promotional Materials to Increase Booth Traffic

  • Send customers and hot prospects a pre-show email or mailing with information about a new product your company is unveiling at DesignCon 2006 and include a link to your free Customized VIP Exhibit Passes.
