MOSAID's award-winning Mobilize power management IP platform provides an adaptive, dynamically configurable solution for reducing both static and dynamic power in SoCs based on 130nm, 90nm technology and beyond. MOSAID's patent-pending Gate Bias technology is the key element within Mobilize. With Gate Bias, the leakage-power of an SoC is reduced by over 99% on a standard 130nm process with little sacrifice to the performance or area of the SoC. By implementing dynamic voltage and frequency scaling, an SoC utilizing Mobilize IP can achieve dynamic power reductions of up to 80%.

The MOSAID Digital Frequency Synthesizer (DFS) is a fully integrated, programmable, low power, high performance, Delta-Sigma Fractional-N PLL. The DFS is optimized for applications where the system clock can be as high as 3.0GHz. With fine frequency control, the DFS supports general system clock and application clock requirements without the need for external components. Additional elements of the DFS PLL family include a scaler and a spread spectrum macro.

MOSAID's Synchronize PLL IP delivers the real benefits of reduced inventory, delivery time and bill of materials cost, achieved by using one crystal to generate any frequency. In addition, the DFS optimizes power, phase noise and jitter - supporting multiple applications with the same IP.

MOSAID provides complete DDR SDRAM and DDR2 SDRAM memory controller IP solutions for ASIC, ASSP, SoC and system-in-package designs. Offered as a mix of synthesizable RTL and complete physical interfaces (PHYs) in the form of hard IP, MOSAID memory controller solutions include (i) complete controller logic, (ii) an Interface Timing Module Library composed of critical controller logic close to the I/Os, (iii) a Master and slave DLL library for centering clocks in data eyes and the timing of DDR data edges for write operations and (iv) application specific SSTL I/O libraries.
