Kilopass Technology Inc. offers an embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) solution for SoC designers. Kilopass has developed a unique embedded non-volatile XPM Register product that is 100% compatible with standard logic CMOS process nodes between 90nm and .18um. Memory densities range from 16 bits to 256 bits. Kilopass is unique in offering embedded NVM products that are zero additional process/mask step solutions. Other advantages of Kilopass' patented XPM Register product includes its scalability, low cost, and inherent security against IP theft and system hackers. This innovative new embedded memory product from Kilopass is used primarily for ChipID, Security, Self-Healing, SOC Configuration, and Analog Trim & Calibration applications.
