The Centellax 10G BERT is a small size, high-performance 0.05 to 12.5Gbps Pseudo-Random Bit Sequence generator and Bit Error Rate Tester designed for automated production-line testing, manufacturing and R&D lab use. The BERT features an internal clock operating from 9.85 to 11.35Gbps, differential inputs and outputs, output amplitude control, jitter injection capability, GPIB control, and excellent eye quality. Centellax offers a standard one-year warranty, with an extended warranty available, and free calibration during the warranty period. The Centellax 10G PRBS is a wideband pseudo-random bit sequence (PRBS) generator with a fixed-rate internal clock; it is also capable of operating from 0.05-12.5Gb/s with a full-rate external clock. The TG2P1A makes an excellent PRBS source for 12.5Gbps (10Gbps plus FEC) SONET OC192 / SDH STM64 applications, datacom applications (including Fibre Channel, 10GbE - 10G Ethernet, XAUI, and OIF CEI). The pattern generator can be programmed to generate five PRBS pattern lengths and three mark/space densities. The 3.5 x 3.5 x 1" size allows close placement to the DUT and easy integration into your 10G or 12.5G test environment. The Centellax 40G PRBS is a cost-effective 25 to 45Gbps pseudo-random bit sequence generator designed for high-speed device characterization, automated production-line testing, manufacturing and R&D lab use. The TG1P4A generates a low-jitter bit stream for a wide range of operating rates. The generator operates at the factory fixed-rate, and can be operated from 25-45Gbps when clocked with a half-rate external clock. The PRBS generates an extremely high-quality output eye (three PRBS pattern lengths) with two clock trigger outputs and a pattern trigger output. (model no. TG1P4A)
