Applied Simulation Technology provides modeling, extraction and simulation solutions for PCB and IC design. The software enables engineers to analyze the impact of the layout interconnect and power distribution system on performance. Switching noise, dynamic IR drop, crosstalk and transmission line effects are predicted at the layout stage. The extraction includes frequency dependent RLGC parameters. Model order reduction technology is used to handle the large LCR networks associated with power distribution modeling and simulation. For IC's the silicon substrate is carefully modeled to accurately account for delay (slow mode effect) and crosstalk. The software is interfaced with the Industry standard GDSII and LEF/DEF and PCB CAD software.

· ApsimRLGC
ApsimRLGC is a fast 2D field solver used to extract transmission line parameters of traces and vial models in PCB, IC package and LSI. ApsimRLGC produces frequency dependent RLGC table parameter models for Hspice W element (Synopsys trade mark) and ApsimSPICE. ApsimRLGC supports frequency dependent Er, conductivity, loss tangent and MUR. Variable permeability allows magnetic materials to be considered. ApsimRLGC comes with an easy to use GUI. No meshing is needed and complex structures are easy to define. ApsimRLGC is integrated with popular CAD packages such as Cadence Allegro, Mentor Board Station, PADS, and Protel.

·ApsimRADIA-SLS
ApsimRADIA-SLS is an Signal Integrity, Power Integrity and EMI simulator that can be used in the time or frequency domain for analysis of full board, IC package or LSI designs. ApsimRADIA-SLS can model non-ideal power/ground patterns and analyzes SSO and common mode EMI noise using nonlinear (IBIS or SPICE) device models. Current, voltage and impedances distributions are displayed. The waveform analyzer supports time domain, frequency domain and a Frequency Spectrum analyzer. Co-design of mixed PCB-Package-LSI (vertically coupled data) is now supported. Parallel processing with Model Order Reduction technology and sectioning reduces the run times and allows bigger designs to be handled.

·ApsimDELTAI-RPATH
ApsimDELTAI-RPATH is a frequency domain EMI and Power Integrity simulator for single or multilayer PCB. The simulator displays high frequency or DC current distribution and resonances in the frequency domain. Hot spots and capacitor values and placement can be evaluated with the tool. ApsimDELTAI-RPATH uses the PEEC method and support Model Order Reduction and parallel processing to simplify and reduce the simulation times.
