IBIS Connector Models: Do They Exist?
System-level board design tools from Cadence, Mentor, etc. can analyze high-speed digital systems for signal-integrity performance. To use these tools, accurate models of connectors are required and are often referred to as IBIS models. This presentation will address how to use Samtec connector models in a system-level board design tool environment and what IBIS connector models are.
